More and more people get their news via social media. Is that good or bad?
This study discusses 3 points. Most people receive news via social media even though the sources are traditional. Informed people participate in politics, but its unclear if social media is helping. The sources of news can be suspect. All of this tells me that curated news pages can solve some of the challenges of misinformation.
